We underestimate how powerful it is to simply ask ourselves the questions. We have been conditioned to look for answers outside ourselves, trust teachers, institutions, doctors, pay money to coaches and counselors to tell us how we got somewhere, where we’re going + how to get there. These are the questions only you can answer. Of course the trusted fore-mentioned can offer guidance and provide clues to help us see our blind spots, our biases + patterns, but ultimately you are your own best healer/teacher/cheerleader!

Take a few deep breaths, send your energy down through your roots and inquire deeply what is asking to be felt.

Your feelings matter + will guide you to take loving action. Give your self permission to go slow and resource your breath as an anchor into the present.

Offer yourself so much love + compassion for whatever comes up; you are doing the powerful work of healing through intuition.
